My husband and I stayed at this apartment for several days. We liked the location as it is on the side of the city, so there is not much noise. It is about 10-12 minutes to the beach. This part of the beach has sandy bottom, so very nice to swim. There is also a wakeboard school located right on the water. Lots of cafes and supermarkets in the area. One market is right across from the entrance of the building. The apartment was very clean, beds comfortable and we had everything we needed for cooking. There is also enclosed balcony. The place is much nicer then on the photos. The lady/ agent we got the keys was very helpful and sorted out promptly any problems. Apartment block was well looked after and had a good quiet pool area. Being very close to a good supermarket was very helpful, the air conditioning worked well.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

This apartment is located in a great area near a beautiful sandy beach, which is just a short 10-12 minute walk away. There are also plenty of cafes and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient for guests. Additionally, there is a market right across from the entrance of the building, providing even more convenience for those staying here.

There were a few issues with the beds being very firm, which made sleeping uncomfortable for some guests.

My husband and I recently stayed at a lovely apartment near a sandy beach. The location was perfect for us, as it was on the quieter side of the city, away from the noise and hustle. It only took us about 10-12 minutes to walk to the beach, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that it had a sandy bottom, making swimming very enjoyable. We even took advantage of the wakeboard school right on the water. There were plenty of cafes and supermarkets in the area, and we especially appreciated the market across from the building. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for cooking, and the enclosed balcony was a nice bonus. The photos didn't do justice to how nice the place actually was.

Although we encountered a small issue with the air-conditioner, the owner and Nana, the representative, were incredibly responsive and had it fixed within a day. They even refunded us for that day.

I always come back to my favorite place in Benidorm. The staff helped me find great spots to visit. It suits me perfectly with all the amenities I need: Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, AC, TV, lift. Coming back for Easter.

Quiet area, clean, tremendous value for money, accommodating owner, sandy bottom beach, wakeboard school nearby.

Nothing bad to say

I absolutely loved the decoration of this hotel! The colors were so cheerful and bright, it really lifted my spirits. The general areas were also very well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate around. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like me, with ramps and elevators available to help me get around comfortably. It was such a relief to not have to worry about stairs or uneven surfaces. the hotel provided a safe and welcoming environment for seniors.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a bit more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were friendly, I would appreciate it if they were more attentive to the needs of us older guests.

Stayed at a lovely place with a balcony, free WiFi, and a pool that I couldn't use because who needs a swim in Benidorm? The terrace was a nice touch, not that I spent any time there.

I absolutely loved the nonexistent parking. Trying to find a spot was the highlight of my day.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the flexible and fast communication with the owner and Nana. The owner promptly fixed the small problem with the air-conditioner and even refunded us for the day it was out of order. The communicative owner and fantastic Nana really made us feel safe and taken care of. The parking lot was helpful and can be reserved for 10 euros per day. we highly recommend this flat.
